From soil to shelter, we build with the land, not on top of it. Every structure is a tribute to sustainability, built with respect for the environment and crafted to perform for generations.
Buildings that belong are born from listening — to the land, the climate, and the lives they will hold.
Every structure holds a duty — to the people it shelters, the soil it rises from, and the generations it will touch. At Synergy Greenfra, that duty begins at brief: site-responsive plans, passive systems and materials that belong. We design for low energy, low waste and long life, so what we create serves the Earth, the community and you.
Private homes and farm retreats. Cultural and community projects. Each venture begins with listening to the land. We observe how light bends, how air flows, how people move, pause and stay. We don’t just construct, we curate a wholesome experience.
We make conscious choices that reflect local wisdom, preserving the natural environment while constructing spaces that seamlessly blend into nature.
Our designs emphasize reusing materials often discarded, crafting people-centric spaces that restore ecological balance and promote long-term sustainability.
Guided by skilled artisans and refined through in-house training, our projects uphold the highest standards of expertise, care and craftsmanship.
Our spaces are shaped by light, air, and water, with a deep respect for the natural elements. From rainwater harvesting to replenishing groundwater, we ensure not a single drop carries pollution.
Since 2017, we have built around a clear belief: long life, low load and future-safe materials. In practice, that shows up as significantly lower brick-stage CO₂ (studies report ~50% to >90% reductions versus fired bricks), rainwater storage sized for reality (often ~25,000–1,00,000 litres, depending on roof area, rainfall and demand) and passive comfort through orientation, cross-ventilation and thermal mass. Every project is handed over with a Material Passport so outcomes are easy to verify, maintain and keep in clean cycles.
Each project at Synergy Greenfra is shaped by soil, story and specificity of place. We don’t replicate. We respond. Whether it’s a home, a healing space or a community project, our process begins by listening to the land, the light and the life around it.
At Synergy Greenfra, we build with natural materials and timeless wisdom. Our work is guided by principles of sustainability, durability and value for our clients – anchored in integrity, harmony with nature and care for the community. For us, it is not about scale/style but about sincerity and responsibility in every creation
This is not about scale or style. It’s about sincerity.
Private residences across climates and scales — from urban homes to farm dwellings — designed with earth, lime and stone for lasting comfort and thermal balance.

Community halls, training centres and social infrastructure built with local materials and labour, creating spaces that strengthen connection and shared identity.

Educational, healthcare and spiritual buildings designed for durability, low maintenance and user comfort — proving natural materials perform at institutional scale.

Farm stays, eco-retreats and weekend homes crafted to blend with terrain and climate, offering calm, efficient spaces rooted in nature

Whether you’re envisioning a private home, a serene retreat, or a space that resonates with purpose, we are here to help bring that vision to life. We will bring a way of building naturally that breathes in the now and endures forever.
We don’t just construct — we design consciously, build transparently, and treat every site as a living ecosystem, not a plot of land.
Quite the opposite — earth, lime, stone and timber age gracefully and can last for generations when crafted with care.
Absolutely — sustainable doesn’t mean rustic; our approach adapts to scale, comfort and design aspirations while keeping impact low.
It’s a mindful process — not the fastest, but more lasting. Our costs reflect longevity, lower maintenance, and honest material use.
It’s your project’s sustainability record — documenting every material, its source and footprint, so you know exactly what your building is made of.
Simply reach out — we begin with a conversation about your site, your vision and how to build a space that truly belongs there.
“I never set out to be exceptional. I simply followed what felt right—working with natural materials, focusing on thoughtful design, and staying patient through challenges. There were setbacks, slow progress, and small wins that kept me going. Over time, the work began to take shape and speak for itself. To me, success is about staying true to your values. The real risk isn’t in trying something new—it’s in never starting at all.”
